On June 22, 2026, the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of EMIR Asset Management Joint Stock Company took place in Hanoi, proceeding with great solemnity and achieving resounding success.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Alongside its core business activities, EMIR focused on enhancing workforce quality, refining its governance system, and fostering corporate culture. A key topic of interest for shareholders was the proposed share issuance under the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).<\/p>\n
