Competency requirements<\/h2>\n

1. Education:<\/h3>\n

University degree or higher in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Finance & Banking, etc.<\/p>\n

2. Knowledge\/Experience:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position within financial institutions or banks (e.g., Head of Priority Banking\/Client Relations, Head of Capital Mobilization, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products, markets, the industry, and competitors regarding Priority Banking financial products.<\/li>\n
  • Preference given to candidates with outstanding sales performance records (KPIs, awards, etc.) over the past two consecutive years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Skills and Competencies:<\/h3>\n

    • Work management and organizational skills;<\/li>\n
    • Communication, judgment, and persuasion skills;<\/li>\n
