Knowledge\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in Media Marketing, video production\/editing, or internal communications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Knowledgeable about multi-platform content production (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Experience in filming, photography, and video editing for marketing activities, events, or corporate communications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Preference given to candidates with experience in finance, banking, or corporate environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Proficient in filming\/photography equipment and video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Basic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to support communication activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Creative visual mindset; ability to generate ideas and stay on top of trends.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Effective communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Strong time management skills; ability to meet deadlines and work well under high pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
