Role and objectives

Mission

| 1 | Directly identify, appraise, and evaluate the assets of partners requiring capital arrangement. | 60% |
| 2 | Negotiate with partners regarding the Company’s financial terms (limits, disbursement schedules, etc.) and legal matters (assets, legal documentation, and contracts involving related parties). | 25% |
| 3 | Coordinate the finalization of legal procedures; monitor disbursement progress; and ensure the Partner meets financial obligations on schedule. | 5% |
| 4 | Assist and guide clients through procedures and documentation before, during, and after the capital arrangement process. Manage and handle post-sales tasks related to clients. | 5% |
| 6 | Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor. | 5% |
Yêu cầu năng lực
- Education: College or University degree (or higher) in Finance – Banking, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Age: 24 – 35
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in credit operations at banks or other financial institutions (specifically in mortgage lending).
- Preference given to candidates with a strong understanding of the real estate market and industry landscape.
- Skill
- Persuasive abilities and a sales mindset
- Existing connections within the credit sector
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and possessing a strong mindset, a passion for earning money, and the drive to succeed
