Role and Objectives
- Directly carry out the company’s personnel training and development activities, while also assisting with related HR administrative tasks.
Mission

| 2 | Developing training program content: – Design and compile content and materials for each training course (covering professional expertise, skills, and internal procedures). – Source, select, and coordinate with internal instructors and external training partners. | 15% |
| 3 | Training Organization and Implementation: – Directly organize training sessions to address issues arising during the implementation process. – Implement onboarding training programs for new personnel across the entire company. | 30% |
| 4 | Evaluation, improvement, and maintenance of training records: – Develop post-training evaluation tools (surveys, tests, and feedback from trainees/direct supervisors). – Compile reports on the effectiveness of each course and propose adjustments for future sessions. – Update and maintain employee training records (participation history, certifications, and evaluation results). | 10% |
| 5 | Provide support for HR operations and administrative procedures; prepare assigned periodic and ad-hoc reports: – Assist in drafting HR-related documents and decisions (recruitment, employment contracts, appointments, transfers, terminations, etc.); manage and maintain employee records. | 30% |
Competency Standards/Requirements
1. Professional qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
– At least 2 years of experience, including practical experience in a Training (L&D) role; preference given to candidates with additional HR experience (e.g., recruitment, employee relations);
– Practical experience in developing and implementing internal training programs;
– Preference given to candidates with experience working in companies with over 500 employees;
– Preference given to candidates with strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Skills:
– Skills in content development and training program design; ability to effectively organize and facilitate training sessions;
– Basic understanding of labor laws and social insurance regulations regarding HR documentation and procedures;
– Meticulous and detail-oriented; proficient in office software; good English communication skills.
3. Other requirements:
– Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
– Presentable appearance and a friendly demeanor.
